Save yourself time money and frustration!
When replacing the TPMS Sensor(s) on your Wheel(s), The TPMS sensor identification number (Sensor ID) is a unique 8-digit alphanumeric code assigned to every individual sensor. It is programmed directly into your Motorcycles Body Control Module (BCM) so the motorcycle can map and display the exact air pressure for the correct tire. This # must be added using Computer Software specifically for H-D Motorcycles. i.e.: Digital Technician II or Technoresearch Centurian series as examples. Provide the numbers to the shop that will program them. Otherwise, your wheel will have to be dismantled or a TPMS Wand is necessary, which is a PITA sometimes. In this example, the Number is: RE1816679
