We’re hiring at Superspeed Orlando, and this is not your typical entry-level role.
This position is for someone who knows how to create energy, not just follow instructions.
As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be the first face our guests see and the person who sets the tone for their entire track day. From check-in to helmet fittings to calling drivers to the track, you’ll be responsible for keeping the experience seamless, exciting, and unforgettable.
What you’ll do:
Welcome guests and guide them through check-in
Clearly explain the experience and direct flow of traffic
Assist with helmet fittings and safety prep
Call guests to the track and manage timing/order of experiences
Coordinate closely with the track team to ensure smooth operations
Track add-ons (including in-car video) and ensure proper delivery post-drive
Assist guests with photos and create memorable moments
Maintain high energy, positivity, and professionalism at all times
Bonus: Brand Representation (Off-Site Events):
Represent Superspeed Orlando at events like Cars & Coffee and major motorsports gatherings
Engage with attendees, share information about our experiences, and build excitement around the brand
Distribute flyers and confidently communicate what we offer
Act as an extension of our brand in the community
What we’re looking for:
Someone naturally upbeat, confident, and engaging
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player mindset with attention to detail
Passion for creating exceptional experiences
Details:
Entry-level role ($16.50/hour)
Opportunity for growth into administrative and operations roles for the right person
If you love people, high-energy environments, and want to be part of something unique, this is your chance.
