Teachers Appreciation Day is this Saturday May 30. All teachers and supporting school staff get free admission for two! Just show your school ID at the entry gates. Gates open 12:20pm and first race is 1:50pm. We will have a race on the track for teachers, register on track level when you arrive.

Have your plans been canceled due to weather? Come have a fun dry day at Emerald Downs! Holiday racing today at 1:50pm! We are moving the Face Painting for the kids indoors by the arcade. We are opening up more free indoor seating including the box seats on Floor 5. Bring the whole family, kids 12 and under are FREE!

Kids get to run on the track today! Kids race will be after Race 3. Ages 12 and under. Gather in the park area at 2:30pm. We also have free pony rides, face painting, bounce houses and sidewalk chalk. Post time 1:50pm. Gates open 12:20pm. And ages 12 and under get in free!!!

The World Famous Grandparents Race returns on Sunday May 31. All grandparents get in free. Register to race when you arrive. This year we have three races…one for Grandmas, one for Grandpas, and a new GG Race for the Great Grandparents! Details in comments…

You can watch and wager steps from the racetrack while enjoying a buffet for $35 per person which includes admission Only a limited amount of buffet tickets are available.
