🚧 Roads around the courthouse will be CLOSED to traffic so families can safely walk from business to business.

🛑 Main Street — 7th to 9th
🛑 Cedar Street — 7th to 9th
🛑 9th Street — Main to Cedar

But WAIT… the Halloween fun isn’t over yet! 👀🎃

Yes, we know October 30th isn’t technically Halloween. 😉 But we LOVE partnering with our downtown businesses to make it ONE BIG NIGHT OF HALLOWEEN FUN! 🎃👻

Basically, it’s the Halloween Weekend Warm-Up! 🎉

🎃 4–6: Downtown
🍬 6–8: Citywide
👻 Saturday: Trick-or-treat somewhere else in the DeKalb community…
🎬 OR put on a fun or spooky Halloween movie, grab some popcorn, and start working your way through that candy stash! 🍬🍫😂🎃

📍 Drop off costumes anytime at the Auburn Police Department
There is a bin right inside the front door!

Starting today, Sonic Drive-In of Northeast Indiana in Auburn is running a GameDay Slushy contest for DeKalb County's three high schools.

🏆 The school that sells the MOST GameDay Slushes through October 11th will WIN $200 for their school’s athletic programs! 💰🏈

So make sure you get out to Sonic, grab a Garrett Railroader Blue Raspberry and Strawberry slushes early and often and this fall!

KUMA IS OFFICIALLY OURS!
We signed adoption papers last week. She will live the rest of her life here with us. She’s pretty attached to Robert already and she thinks this place is a pretty awesome retirement home. 💕
