I have kept my car service ever since I bought it brand new three years ago. I have used many Ford dealerships and there are some better than others, and there will be. However, SONS Ford just took the cake for the worst. I just recently used SONS Ford Service Department. It was the first time and the last time. I took my car in for service and then had to have a water pump replaced. Things like that happen, I get it. But then when I pick the car up and the brackets that hold the bumper on are not holding the bumper on, and I bring it to their attention after it has been in their possession all that business day, and the response is, it wasn't poking out when you brought it in, you are right, but it is not our fault. You'll have to file against your insurance. That is the wrong answer. It wasn't an issue with the bumper until they worked on it. Not an issue before the car is brought in, an issue after I come to pick it up, whose fault is it then?? So disappointed in SONS. Even they knew that! I will not be back to that Ford dealership again.

Was driving back from GA to home, on the MS Coast. The rubber along my front window was flapping like it was trying to take flight!! I can't thank Your Service dept enough for taping it down on my Explorer.. I'm sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name, but stopped what he was doing to fix it up. And thanks to Fawn for listening to me ramble. LOL.. Great way to treat out of towners! 👌
We stopped in about 3:30 today with no AC and hours to drive, the service department helped us out and was very friendly! We appreciate the southern hospitality more than you know! Back on the road to SC and happy!!
I had a problem with my Ford Explorer while in Auburn, 3-1/2 hours from my home in Mobile. I showed up at AutoNation Ford Auburn late last Friday afternoon, and my Explorer “died” in the service check-in line. The service department fixed the problem right there in the line, and they were all so kind and courteous in the process. I was impressed. They helped Auburn live up to its “loveliest village” reputation.
