BUY WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!!!!
Purchased a ‘17 Kia Sorento and used the avalanche for a trade back 2018/9? We had to sign 3-4 different purchase contracts. After Goldstar/ Gil’s made a bad report on my husband’s credit, did we start looking at the different contracts. The first one had the truck as a trade w/ the agreed trade amount from Gil’s. The others, the truck was not on them, I was sick when we had to sign the second one, so I didn’t pay attention. Their used car manager at the time called Gil’s and reported the truck as abandoned. By the time we got to the bottom of it, the truck was sold at auction. Son’s still hasn’t paid Gil’s and is denying that we even had a trade to begin with…. My husband’s credit is still messed up because of this. May 11, 2022
