✨ CLEAN ON THE OUTSIDE… BUT WHAT ABOUT THE INSIDE? ✨

This Mercedes-Benz came through All Washed Up for a full detail, and while we love seeing a vehicle cleaned up and shining again, it’s always a reminder of something much bigger.

We spend a lot of time taking care of what people can see—the car we drive, the clothes we wear, the image we present—but God looks deeper.

“People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” — 1 Samuel 16:7

A beautiful exterior means a lot less if we neglect what’s happening on the inside.

That’s true with our vehicles, and it’s even more true with our lives.

At All Washed Up, detailing has never just been about making cars shine. Every vehicle that comes through our doors is another opportunity to serve somebody, build a relationship, and point people toward Jesus.

🔥 707 HORSES… BUT WE KNOW WHERE THE REAL POWER COMES FROM. 🔥

This Durango Hellcat rolled into the All Washed Up Opelika shop for some love—and when something like this pulls in, you know it’s going to turn some heads. 😮‍💨💪

There’s a whole lot of power under that hood, but horsepower only gets you so far.

Real power comes from God.

✨ CLEAR VISION. BRIGHTER LIGHT. ✨

This Nissan Armada came in for a full detail, but we also brought those cloudy headlights back to life with a headlight restoration. 💦✨

And while we were working, I couldn’t help but think about how much this resembles our walk with Christ.

Over time, the lens can get cloudy. The light may still be there, but dirt, oxidation, and buildup keep it from shining the way it was designed to.

Our lives can be the same way.

That’s why we need the Word of God.

📖 The Bible is a mirror—it shows us what’s really there.
🔎 It’s a lens—it helps us see the world through God’s truth.
💡 And Jesus is the Light—the One who shows us the way.

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” — Psalm 119:105

Sometimes we don’t need a new light…
we need the lens cleaned so the Light can shine through.

🐢 Another Pebble the Turtle headed out!

Every Pebble that leaves our shop is a little reminder: slow down, trust the process, and don’t overlook the small things.

A pebble may seem small… until you remember David only needed one to take down a giant. Sometimes the smallest acts of obedience are the very things God uses for something BIG.

And just like Pebble, we don’t rush the process around here. Good work takes time. Transformation takes time. And God’s timing is always better than ours.

Another vehicle protected, another Pebble on the road, and another opportunity to share the Gospel.

🐢 ANOTHER PEBBLE IS LEAVING THE SHOP! ✝️✨

Another vehicle protected, another Pebble the Turtle headed home with its new family!

Pebble started as something small—handmade by our daughter, Kylie—but it has become a reminder of something much bigger:

Slow down. Trust the process. Pay attention to the little things. And trust God’s timing.

You can’t rush a proper detail. You can’t rush paint correction. And you definitely can’t rush what God is doing in your life.

Just like David only needed one small stone when he faced Goliath, never underestimate what God can do with something small when it’s placed in His hands. 🙌

Every Pebble leaves only with a ceramic-coated vehicle, as a little reminder that the details matter and transformation takes time.

At All Washed Up, we’re thankful for every vehicle God entrusts to us—and even more thankful for every opportunity it gives us to share the Gospel.
