We are looking to hire a maintenance worker for a growing heavy duty repair shop. Full/part time position. Pay to be determined on experience.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Cleaning
• Landscaping/snow removal
• Minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs as needed
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance
• Parts Runs as needed

Requirements:
• Proven maintenance experience
• High school diploma or general education degree
• Valid NYS driver’s license
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills and wrenches
• Experience with measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
• Experience performing routine maintenance
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
• Eye for detail
• Ability to maintain focus while working independently
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to pass preemployment drug screening
