Celebrating Diversity Day 🌍

Employees at Martinrea Alfield came together to enjoy lunch from a variety of cultures, showcasing the background of flavors that their team represents. Everyone had the chance to sample cuisines from around the globe.

Afterwards, the team participated in an activity where each employee added a pin to a world map, marking the country they identify with or have a personal connection to. This experience highlighted Alfield's diverse community and also gave employees the opportunity to share stories tied to their cultural backgrounds.

Connecting at CIAIE 2026 🌏

Martinrea recently participated in the Shanghai International Auto Interiors & Exteriors Exhibition (CIAIE 2026), where our team connected with industry professionals and showcased our Rolling Solutions.

The event provided an opportunity to highlight our advanced aluminum manufacturing capabilities and discuss how Martinrea is supporting the future of lightweight and sustainable mobility.

Building opportunities for the next generation 🌟

Martinrea Saltillo donated tables to Fomento de Oportunidades Educativas (FOE), an organization dedicated to supporting students through scholarships and comprehensive educational assistance at INTEC Don Bosco.

This contribution will benefit more than 150 students in the program’s upcoming cohort, as well as members of the community who rely on the organization’s dining hall and enrichment programs. The team is proud to contribute to initiatives that create opportunities and support the academic and personal development of future generations.

Celebrating four-legged friends 🐶

Martinrea employees celebrated Dog Day with fun activities that showcased their pets. Employees at Hermosillo Assembly shared photos of their dogs and participated in a friendly voting competition to select a winning pet, while the Silao team hosted a dog costume contest that encouraged the pet-parents to channel their creativity.

Working together to help feed our community 🍽️

Our Hermosillo Assembly plant participated in a month-long challenge which aimed to collect one ton of beans to support the Food Bank of Mexico. The team ended up exceeding their goal, raising MXN $24,360, equivalent to 1,624 kg of beans for families in need! Their effort also earned recognition from Ford as the supplier with the largest collection in the challenge.

Committed to helping our communities 🏆

Our Bergneustadt plant has been awarded the recognition plaque “Volunteer Commitment in Fire and Disaster Protection”, an award given by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia that recognizes companies that actively support employees who volunteer in emergency response organizations.

At Bergneustadt, more than 25 employees are actively involved in organizations such as the Volunteer Fire Department, Technical Relief Agency (THW), German Red Cross (DRK) and other emergency services.

This recognition reflects not only Martinrea's commitment to corporate citizenship, but also the dedication and community spirit of our employees, who contribute their time and expertise to help others when needed.
