Starting on the next project. Pair of twin 468cid for a marine application. Will change cam/valvetrain/pistons and put my valve job on cast iron heads with some chamber work and minor port work.

Still many projects ongoing waiting either on parts or machining work. And more waiting for their turn in assembly.

After a couple of months of preparation and parts ordering its finally time to start putting this beast together. This will be a 706cid with a 14-71 TBS blower and holley EFI system for a show car. Intake is getting plumbed for Nitrous as well!!!!

Got the BRODIX Cylinder Heads block all blueprinted and the Callies Performance Products crank and rods attached to Diamond Pistons custom pistons. Custom cam from Bullet Racing Cams is all in and timing set with the Jesel Valvetrain Innovation belt drive. Bottom end is using Moroso Performance Products, Inc. 2 pieces oil pan and external oil pump.

Next up will be to get the Dart 20* assembled and installed and valvetrain finalized ready for the intake and then wr can finish the top and put fire into it.

Another good day on dyno today. This time a BBC 605cid with RFD modified Brodix BB3 heads and edelbrock intake, custom LRE/Bullet camshaft, T&D shaft rockers, 15:1 diamond pistons and Molnar rods and crank. This is also alcohol carb.

Made a total of 1122HP @7300 and 845 lb-ft @6200 with too small headers and lean carb (no jets big enough to tune on) and break in oil.

Got this 615cid drag engine finished yesterday and customer pickup. Made quite a few changes to this in order to pickup quite a bit more power.
Started by getting the brodix 18* heads worked on by Tony McAfee, and a new intake from -filer heads ported by Ron Jr Warrick. Got a new custom cam from Callies Performance Products, actually lowered the compression a little to not be so timing sensitive. Corrected valvetrain geometry and got more residual lift than cam called for :).

Now time to put it in the car and see how we did.

Well today was a good day on the dyno. Brought this BBF 572cid to Gray area Performance for a dyno session on his Stuska. Before I took this engine in for rebuild it made 770HP.

We corrected some piston design issue where the intake valve was hitting the pistons. Changed the cam and fixed valvetrain geometry and switched to E-85 fuel with conversion done by ATM Innovation.

After all was said and done this engine made 953HP at 7000RPM and 765 lb-ft at 5700RPM. Super happy and excited customer who will be burning a lot of street tires on his Torino

Valvetrain geometry finalized and adjusted on this sbf 437cid. Before it had over 0.108" of sweep on the tip and had more sweep after the mid lift than before. After adjustment the sweep is now down to 0.058" and same amount of sweep before and after mid lift and picked up about 0.029" more lift in the process. Needed to add about 0.160" of shims. New pushrods will be ordered tomorrow.

They heads also had a rough valve job and looking at it knew they needed to be worked on. So Tony McAfee did his magic on them and in the process picked up 40cfm on exhaust side with proper chamber blend to new valve job.

While waiting on head gasket for the SBF and pushrods for the BBC drag&drive, i started prep and some assembly on this drag 615cid.

All blueprint done and cleaned up. Crank- cam installed and cam timing set as well as ring gap. Once I get the heads I can measure chamber volume and cut piston top for proper compression. Lots of work in the shop and not much time left before "racing season" start.
