Attention boot campers! Life is changing (in a good way☺️) and it is causing me to focus my energy in a new direction! I’m sad to say goodbye. I have made some wonderful friends but I am excited to begin a new venture! You will be truly missed! I hope you will continue to pursue an active and healthy lifestyle and I hope to see you around!

Tomorrow is the day our summer bootcamp will start up again!

This week and next week classes will be held on Wednesday and Thursday only. So that will be Wednesday May 30th and Thursday May 31st of this week and Wednesday June 6th and Thursday June 7th of next week. After that we will start classes on Mondays as well starting June 11th.

We will be at our usual spot at Sierra high school’s track. Classes will be from 6am-7am. Please try to arrive around 5 minutes early your first time to get signed up!

Classes are $5. Feel free to prepay for as many classes as you would like. Most people enjoy paying $20 at a time.

Here’s what you’ll want to bring:
1. Yoga/exercise mat
2. Water
3. Dumbbells if you have them (3-10lbs is usually good)

I understand that many of you are unable to start up until school is out. I encourage you to come when you can! I can’t wait to see all of our teachers, Mother’s and students again!

I look forward to seeing you all there! This is going to be a great year!

Healthy Alternative cooking classes starting at 6pm

June 14th

Ladies! I am so excited to get bootcamp started again this year! I have been working hard to give you new and fun workout routines! I think everyone is going to love the changes to come!
We will have a different schedule this year. I will be running bootcamp Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s instead of Monday-Friday.

We will be starting Wednesday May 30th (due to Monday being a holiday). I can’t wait to see everyone there!
