This dent was repaired using our unitab system that allows us to take advantage of attaching the tabs on the orginal bodylines and seamlessly pull the dent back out tapping down all the crowns and working the metal back out much better and still be able to see the progress in the paint reflection as it's pulled out. Also this allows us to KEEP the trucks orginal e-coat(the factorys first layer of sealer) on the to keep a moisture/corrosion barrier between the bodywork and bare steel for a even better repair. This then received 3 coats of primer and blocked with 320-400grit sandpapers. Lastly all the trim, decals, bumper was removed, and bedset back for full refinish of bedside then a coat of the correct shade sealer we matched the trucks red with.

Two new Subaru doors painted inside and out just like the original door looked including replicating the very inside of the panels for further corrosion protection, following this step the doors inner seams will be coated with a cavity wax for even more added protection!
