Thompson Motors is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Full Time / Part Time Office Manager

Responsibilities Include: ( but are not limited to)
- Managing daily office operations
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Making service appointments
- Light accounting / book keeping
- Writing up bank contracts
- Processing vehicle paperwork and title work
- Ordering office supplies


Qualifications:
- Accounting experience preferred
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with computers and common office software
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Reliable, professional and detail-oriented
