Cyclone by Heartland. This unit and its subframe were severely water-damaged. We resealed the entire unit and the roof to prevent this unit from having any future leaks. The customer requested that we build the slide room floor from scratch. Disclaimer: We do not specialize in building slide-room floors. The customer requested this, and we aim to please our customers. The water lines and toilet bowl fl**ge were re-aligned to install new toilets and marker lights. While removing the damaged hydraulic slide room floor, we discovered the floor subframe needed repairing before we could even begin installing the new slide floor.

The entire roof of this Redwood RV was professionally made. Originally, the unit was completely decayed in several areas, with water flowing into the interior. At Mr. Seal It, we will never seal-coat a roof; instead, we sincerely believe in roof replacement. And the quality of this one is the best you can get. The customers were quite happy with the unit's outcome after I replaced the roof, and the skylight, completely resealed it, and installed brand-new metal trim.

A 2018 Heartland Mallard arrived with a fully rotted slide room floor. The slide room floor was replaced, the carpet was thoroughly cleaned before reinstallation, new floor trim and aluminum fender skirts were fitted, and the water pump was resealed. We now have a completely water-damaged camper back to its brand-new original condition, and the clients are eager to camp. The consumers were able to resell this unit to the original seller for a price that they could not refuse.
