The past few days have been a meaningful experience for everyone involved. The Factory Five GTM is complete, and the hands-on training has been even more rewarding.

Congratulations to Eric Samot on taking this important step through Destin2Shine’s internship training. We’re grateful for his commitment, curiosity, and willingness to learn. Each opportunity to build practical skills can open doors, strengthen confidence, and help create a path toward a brighter future.

This is the heart of Destin2Shine: offering encouragement, real-world experience, and support as young people work toward their goals. We’re proud of what Eric has accomplished and excited to see what comes next for him and this car.

The GTM will be at the Premier Car Show at Daytona International Speedway on October 10. If you’re interested in learning about future internship opportunities, please send us a message.

Meet Jamie A Barkley, Chief Financial Officer of Destin2Shine

Strong organizations need more than vision. They need leadership, stewardship, accountability, and a heart for the mission. Jamie brings all of that to Destin2Shine.

As our CFO, Jamie helps provide the financial leadership and strategic support needed to keep our organization strong, focused, and prepared to grow. His commitment to sound planning and responsible stewardship helps ensure we can continue creating real opportunities for the young people we serve.

At Destin2Shine, our mission is bigger than a program. We are working to break cycles of poverty by equipping youth with real skills, mentorship, business education, and a path toward independence.

Our three-pillar program says it best:

SHINE, learn the skill
GRIND, learn the business
OWN, build the future

Jamie’s leadership helps make that mission possible.

“Stewardship builds impact.”

We are grateful to have Jamie serving on our leadership team as we continue empowering today and building a brighter tomorrow.

Meet Michael Hoskins, Chief Operating Officer of Destin2Shine, Inc.

A vision becomes powerful when you have the right people committed to turning it into action.

Michael brings leadership, accountability, collaboration, and a genuine heart for people to Destin2Shine. As our COO, he plays an important role in helping build the structure, partnerships, and day-to-day operations needed to take our mission from an idea to measurable impact.

Our goal isn’t simply to teach young people how to detail a car. We’re working to give them something much bigger:

SHINE — Learn a valuable skill.
GRIND — Learn business, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship.
OWN — Build a path toward independence and ownership.

Michael understands that when you give a young person skills, mentorship, accountability, and someone who believes in their potential, you can help change the direction of their future.

“Opportunity changes everything.”

We’re proud to have Michael helping lead Destin2Shine as we work to reach more young people, build stronger community partnerships, and break cycles of poverty through real skills, real jobs, and real opportunity.

Empowering today. A brighter tomorrow.

Every young person deserves more than hope. They deserve an opportunity.

Destin2Shine is now welcoming corporate partners who believe in helping at-risk youth build real skills, confidence, and a path toward independence.

Through our three-pillar program, Shine, Grind, and Own, young people receive professional automotive detailing training, business and financial education, mentorship, and support to build a future of their own.

But we cannot do it alone.

Your sponsorship helps provide the training, tools, resources, and guidance needed to break cycles of poverty and create lasting change. This is more than placing your company’s name on a program. It is an investment in a young person’s future.

If your business is ready to make a measurable difference in our community, now is the time to step forward.

Message Destin2Shine today to become a corporate partner. Together, we can help our youth shine.
