⚠️ **IMPORTANT WARNING TO ALL AUCTION BUYERS** ⚠️

If you purchase a vehicle from a tow yard that is sold as **DERELICT, PARTS ONLY, or NOT FOR ROAD USE**, understand exactly what you are buying.

🚫 **A PARTS-ONLY VEHICLE IS NOT BEING SOLD TO BE PUT BACK ON THE ROAD.**

Do not attempt to obtain a title, register, sell, transfer, or represent a derelict/parts-only vehicle as a roadworthy titled vehicle contrary to Georgia law.

**This is serious.** Just this week, we have been informed that **two buyers were arrested in connection with selling vehicles they had purchased as parts-only vehicles.**

When you bid on a parts-only vehicle, you are responsible for understanding and following all applicable laws and the terms of the sale.

⚠️ **BUYERS BE WARNED:** Purchasing a derelict vehicle as **PARTS ONLY** does not give you the right to put that vehicle back on the road.

Fast Lane Auctions strongly encourages every buyer to read the auction description and terms **BEFORE BIDDING**.

**PARTS ONLY MEANS PARTS ONLY.**

FAST LANE AUCTIONS

Welcome to FastLaneAuctions.com!

Thank you for signing up to receive auction information from Fast Lane Auctions. We’re glad to have you and look forward to keeping you informed about upcoming auctions, preview dates, and bidding opportunities.

About Our Auctions
Fast Lane Auctions works with towing and impound facilities to offer vehicles through online public auctions. Vehicles may vary greatly in condition, and buyers should carefully review each listing before bidding.

Basic Auction Rules
• All vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.
• All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
• Read the complete vehicle description and auction terms before placing a bid.
• Bidding is a contract. Do not bid unless you are prepared to pay for and remove the vehicle if you win.
• Winning bidders are responsible for meeting all payment and pickup deadlines.
• Unless the selling lot specifically allows otherwise, buyers should plan to tow purchased vehicles from the lot at their own expense.
How the Credit Hold Works
A credit card hold is required to participate in an auction. This is not a deposit or payment to Fast Lane Auctions. No money is transferred to us simply because the hold is placed.
• If you are not the highest bidder on any vehicle, FastLaneAuctions.com releases the hold immediately after the auction closes.
• If you win a vehicle, the hold is released after payment for your vehicle(s) has been completed.
• Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to remove the hold from your account after we release it.

$9.95 Gate Fee

A $9.95 gate fee applies to buyers. This fee is separate from the credit card hold and any other auction charges. Please review the auction terms and fee information before bidding.

Frequently Asked Questions for Buyers

1. What is the Deposit/Hold required to join an auction?
To participate in an auction, a credit hold is required. This is not a deposit, and no money is transferred from your credit card to us. The hold is released if you are not the highest bidder on any vehicle, or after you complete payment for any vehicle(s) you win. Your bank may take additional time to process the release.
2. Are these vehicles impounded?
Yes. The vehicles being sold are from impound lots. They are not represented as being ready for highway use and may require repairs to meet emissions or safety standards. You are responsible for towing the vehicle at your own expense and for any repairs needed to make it roadworthy.
3. Will I receive a title for the vehicle?
Check the vehicle description for the "Title Papers" field. If it says Yes, you will receive paperwork to apply for a title. If it says No, you will not receive title papers. Depending on your state, you may need a VIN verification or other documentation to apply for a title.
4. Can I receive a title for a vehicle with a branded “salvage parts only” status?
It may be possible depending on your state. Check with the appropriate DMV or motor vehicle agency before bidding to determine inspection, titling, and registration requirements.
5. How can I check the title status of a vehicle?
A vehicle-history report such as CARFAX may provide useful title information, although it is not guaranteed to contain every record. Some states may also provide title-status information. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own research before bidding.
6. If I buy a vehicle in one state and plan to title it in a different state, will the DMV issue a title?
Before purchasing, contact the DMV in the state where you intend to title the vehicle and confirm whether it will accept the documents provided with the vehicle, including any out-of-state court order. Do not assume another state will accept the paperwork.
7. Can I drive the vehicle off the lot after paying for it?
In most cases, no. Check directly with the selling impound lot. Vehicles typically do not come with temporary tags and may not be ready for highway use. Buyers should be prepared to tow the vehicle from the lot.
8. Will the vehicle come with a key?
The listing will state whether the impound lot has a key. Check the "Keys" field in the vehicle description before bidding.
9. Can I have a key made for the vehicle at the lot?
Check directly with the impound lot. Some lots may allow a locksmith to make a key on-site, while others may restrict work on vehicles while they are on the property.
10. If the vehicle has a dead battery, will the impound lot jump-start it?
Contact the impound lot directly. Some lots may provide a jump-start, some may charge a fee, and others may not allow work to be performed on-site.
11. Will the vehicle come with a warranty?
No. All vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranty. All sales are final, and there are no refunds for vehicles purchased.

Before You Bid
Please read the complete listing, auction terms, title-paper information, key information, payment requirements, and pickup instructions for each vehicle. If you have questions about a specific vehicle or what is permitted at the selling lot, contact the lot before bidding.
