Since a very young age I've always had passion for anything automotive. I grew up loving cars to the point that whenever my family was going through an airport I had to get my hands on a Dupont Registry magazine just to look at all the cars for sale. A few of my favorite moments growing up that fueled my passion for cars was seeing 1 of 500 ever made, beautiful Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione in Florence, Italy and also when my dad and I geeked over a Ferrari Enzo in Monte Carlo so badly we got yelled at by the Ferrari's guard for leaving fingerprints on the glass!
Over the years I pretty much turned into a walking dictionary on cars, being able to identify the trim level of a vehicle when it was passing me on the highway. I started putting this "skill" to use by helping my friends and family determine what would work best for them in terms of trims and packages. Throughout grade school and during my time at University of South Carolina I was basically the guy people brought along with them when they went to a dealership. This spurned by interest to get into the car business and ended up even bringing me to Atlanta. While I was working at an Audi Store in Augusta, a high school friend of mine needed some help purchasing a different Audi in Atlanta. I took the day off to help them and instead of having the Audi dealership get annoyed that I was even there (I was their competitor after all) they offered me a job!
That was three years ago and after having the opportunity to work in different positions and stores in the Atlanta area, I know that experience only helps me to better aid my clients. I was brought on board by the Hennessys last summer to help build up their pre-owned department in acquisitions under my mentor from my previous dealership, Justin Hoisington. Our team successfully took Land Rover Buckhead from being the main Land Rover destination in Atlanta to becoming the #1 Certified Land Rover Dealership in the country for the past 11 months with no plans on stopping! This past February I decided to dip my toes back into the sales side of the business with the hope that I would be able to take my experience in inventory and acquisitions to serve my clients to the best of my ability.
The past few months have been fantastic with the support of coworkers, friends, and family, allowing me to grow, build relationships with clients, and even make some very close friends. I'm always looking for the next best thing to continue this tradition so I decided to take my college experience in web design to build a website I can use to show off certain vehicles, better connect with my clients in or out of state, and to give my clients a premium quality of service far after the point of sale.
