Job highlights

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive repair experience or similar
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Knowledge in working and using repair shop software
• Valid driver's license (clean background check)
• Strong work ethic; independently motivated to produce results with limited influence from others
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions
• A desire to provide an extraordinary customer experience
• No educational requirement

Responsibilities
• Perform vehicle repairs within regular scope of work
• Diagnose and assess any circumstance and situation, depending on scope of work, either perform repair or sublet repair to partner shops
• Road test vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure quality of work
• Diagnose and repair vehicles to ensure customers can drive away feeling safe and at ease
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
• Display a commitment to learn new technologies within the rapidly changing industry
• Be part of a family team that cares about customers, their cars, and the community
• Work as part of a team to solve technical problems quickly and effectively
• Perform a variety of manual tasks with or without reasonable accommodation, which may include light and heavy lifting, including tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
• Perform other duties as requested by manager or shop foreman
