In our latest episode of Waste Guys we got a full behind the scenes tour of Fulton Metals Recycling at their College Park facility in Atlanta. We walked through the entire operation — from a forklift dumping thousands of aluminum cans to copper wire worth several thousand dollars per bale to a shredder that breaks down 120,000 pounds of mixed metal into five inch pieces using giant rotating hammers.

We also found out that copper can move 20 cents in a single day. And that the pile of "trash" sitting in their yard is actually one of the most valuable things on the property.
