rocessing staff. Keith’s extensive mortgage lending career began as a loan officer for New South Federal Mortgage Services in Duluth, Georgia. After his tenure with New South, Keith served as a division manager for Citizens Trust Bank Mortgage Services, Inc. where he was responsible for supervising the company’s loan officers and processing staff. During his professional career, he has personally funded over $40,000,000 in loan volume and has counseled 1000’s of families. Keith’s real estate career began as a successful agent with Coldwell Banker for 3 years before turning to the mortgage industry. Keith spent over 15 years as mortgage banker helping clients navigate through the nuts and bolts of the mortgage process. He has worked successfully with thousands of families to make their homeownership dream come true. He is an expert in is helping clients position their debt, income and collateral to qualify for a home loan. He has also mastered underwriting guidelines for FHA, VA, and Conventional loan products- all of this expertise is essential in the purchase or sale of a home.
