A customer contacted us regarding an issue with their vehicle and required a tow. We promptly dispatched a rollback and transported their vehicle to a nearby tire center, which claimed to be able to assist. After unloading the vehicle, we waited to ensure the tire center could provide the necessary support. Unfortunately, they were unable to do so, and the customer requested our assistance in transporting their vehicle to an alternative location. We happily obliged and delivered the vehicle to the next location, where it was unfortunately closed. The customer was forced to wait until the following day to have their vehicle repaired. Despite the inconvenience, the customer was grateful for our help in transporting their vehicle.

We ignited sparks of joy at our first Big Wheel Event 2026 in Atlanta, where laughter and smiles filled the air! We heard that many had never experienced the thrill of sitting in a big tow truck before, so we opened our doors to make it happen. They climbed into the driver's seat of our heavy wrecker and lived their best lives! We felt blessed to meet new faces and reunite with old friends. Thanks for having us, and here's to creating unforgettable memories! We will be back for the next one. 🚛
