Our little Arabella told me this morning that we need to start scheduling details again!!🙌

We have one of our past detailers coming back from college, and a new detailer who we have gotten trained to offer the awesome quality you all know and love.

With that being said, we are now scheduling details again! The best eay to get on the schedule is to call the office at 570.423.9369!

As the Birdsall clan plans to add one more little one to our family, please be patient with the operations at the shop. The next couple months may be a little hectic, but full of love and joy❤️

Thankfully, the man, the myth, the LEGEND, David Birdsall will be coming out of retirement to offer his 30+ years of expertise and guidance to help things run smoothly!

We appreciate all of our customers, truly we have the best. Just remember to be patient with things, we will continue to provide the best customer service as always!

This one took us a little bit. Its like putting a puzzle together without the pieces. Pieces shattered all over the place. Part after part. Back order after back order. Document after document to figure out what's missing.

We still got it done!

From start to finish we strive for communication and working with the insurance company every step of the way. Even with the amount of additional work and parts needed, the customer still only owes a deductible!

DOORS OPEN

My shop workers know this amazing feeling all too well.

The first days of opening the shop doors is similar to how children feel Christmas morning. AMAZING.

Come on in for any of your collision repairs whether out of pocket or insurance. No matter what your insurance company tells you, you are allowed to choose your repair facility.

2025 has been incredible. But we are exhausted. Our crew has been working nonstop and we need a break! We appreciate all of you for keeping us so busy. The appreciation, the joy, the great customers, thats why we do what we do!

A couple updates for everyone.

We have been working with Waverly Highschool to have students come in and work and learn the trades that keep the world moving forward. This is an incredible opportunity for students and we hope to expand this into other local districts in the future!

We have made the hard decision to offer very limited Detailing, as many of you have noticed. We apologize to take away such a long term high quality service that many of you used and supported. This came with heavy hearts as detailing is where Birdsall's Auto Works originated back in 2017. It unfortunately has become extremely difficult to find employees to maintain the high quality we pride ourselves on.

We will still honor all detailing gift certificates that are currently out there!

With that being said we are no longer offering gift certificates. Another heavy heart decision as we truly love being a part of everyone's Christmas. It was something I always admired and appreciated. However now that we only focus on Collision Repair, it is no longer a gift of joy🥲

If you have read this far just know we appreciate you. We hope you continue to choose our high quality work and customer service for any of your collision repair work. Our schedule may be filling up, but good things take time and the wait is well worth it!
