The Sunset Retreat 🌅
This model was always a very popular, but controversial, floorplan due to the plan being arranged so that you would have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. So we fixed that with this all new “Alternate” plan! This one we flipped the bath and the bedroom and it turned out amazing! We also added a brand new huge pantry in place of the desk area ( the desk is still an option) and this has greatly improved the storage area for this model. We also added the new beautiful green lap exterior, with white accents and the stained cedar porch ceiling. Inside, you will find upgraded Samsung appliances, ship lap accents, and a beautiful stained wood ceiling. This layout even allows for a king sized bed!This model is quickly becoming a crowd favorite!
