This 399 sqft model (not including the porch, or the upper loft area) is packed with some amazing new features.
The huge 12’ porch features a custom electric fireplace mounted on a partition wall and site below our popular prismatic dormer. This gives great ambiance, but doesn’t take up as much room as our traditional wood burning fireplaces.
Inside is an all new floor plan with a king sized bedroom, a massive walk-in closet with built-ins, new massive picture window transoms throughout, and more! We also added a new loft area feature above the closet(hidden from view of the main living area, and with no staircase to take up precious room(would be perfect for a foldable ladder or step stool)).
