To those who know me and possibly give a sh*t… and to those who don’t equally…. I’ve been keeping the music buses going for a better part of 30 years. Strange how one can do so much for an industry… and be so quickly forgotten… albeit most didn’t know it but… Monday I awoke and didn’t feel like myself… turned out a WIDOW MAKER heat attack can do that … but what’s important is my wife, most of you know… was there for me as she always been… tough women that chose me of all her pursuers in the 80s. I hit the lottery the day I first layed eyes on her at the mobile station in sylmar on roxford and Encinitas… as the line goes in FOOLS RUSH IN…. She was everything.. I never knew I NEEDED.. she didn’t falter when the chips were down…. She carried me to the hospital that saved MY LIFE… without her my life isn’t worth much anyways…. So I salute the one who has been there for me when most couldn’t hang. A real woman. One I’ve never been certain I was worthy of…. Yet her faith in who I am gives the the strength to persevere!! As I looked at her while she DROVE me to the hospital I told GOD….. not today… find another . cause I’m not leaving my friend, my soul, my partner…. Not TODAY. So if you find yourself in a fortunate position to have fallen in love with the one that makes your life worth living. Take time to let her know just how grateful you really are to have them in your life….. and don’t blink…when you do your time here will be over… I LOVE YOU BONNIE… THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME… I never really deserved you.
