We've utilized the SEMA garage for quite a few downpipes for CARB approval. SEMA Association Garage quickly tests and reviews applications for federal emissions at great speed. What would take at least a year was waiting on CARB. The EPA extolled the CARB standard as "superior" and, in many compliance initiatives/settlements, pushed federally clean applications via the idea of "dual use," judging them by CARB standards. So what's legal in 49 states was labeled as interfering or bad simply because it could be used in California. Funneling an enormous amount of applications to CARB. Hopefully this direction holds for all our sakes.
