Yes we do work on manual/ standard transmissions.

Here we finished up a G56 that would grind, kick back 4th and 5th gear. We went in added new synchros and new shift fork.

We also got rid of the dual mass flywheel and went with a Luk HD 13 inch clutch conversion kit.

While we had the transmission out we took care of the rear main seal, adapter plate seal and added the Fleece coolant bypass kit for the customer.

We have been building these units for well over 10 years, since before I decided to branch off and open my own business. It never fails that these units come in with common issues of; overheating, harsh up/downshifts, shuddering and slipping in 4-5-6 gear.

Very common for these torque converters to fail, damage the pump surface and cause transmission failure.

We do get customers that go based of off youtube and chat gpt, that they only need a converter to fix the issue.

As you can see in the pictures the 4-5-6 and 1-2-3-4 clutch packs are completely metal to metal.

These issues and more are what we address when building theses units. We take our time to build them correctly and have developed a recipe where we dont have these issues.

While getting transmission repairs it's also a good time to take care of those annoying engine leaks. This Silverado is getting the rear main seal, front timing cover, engine oil pan gasket and pil change.

One shop helper, no tools needed, no experience needed. You'll be in charge of daily task like;

- helping keep shop clean/organized
- running small errands
- prep/ paint transmissions
- bilingual is a plus
- DL is needed

One office person as well, some customer service experience is a plus. We will train you to do day to day task as follows

- filling out customer invoices/RO ( repair orders)
- scheduling appointments
- quoting customer prices
- Updating customers on progress
- work with shopmetrik

Finishing off the week with another 6L80 out the door, this one came in with the typical converter failure and pump damage.

The rebuild not only consist of the basic necessities also transmission tuning as well , we go the extra mile to be sure the transmission performs better than expected.

Starting next week 10/20 til the end of the year we will have a 15% discount on all builds. Whether its a stock rebuild, performance , or a heavy duty build.

Deposit of half will be required upon vehicle drop off so take advantage of the discount while it lasts.

The discount does not include coolers, braided line kits or any external accessories or add on.

Also as you have heard Tru cool 40k have been discontinued but we have a universal replacement with the Mishimoto transmission oil cooler.

We had a very busy week and we couldn't be more grateful to those that trusted in us to get their vehicles running better ever.

We were able to knock out 5 6L80 units back to back. A nice variety of builds some stock some upgraded but never the less they got the same quality work.
