Announcement for our NC Wildlife Customers:
On July 1, 2023, NC Wildlife completely resigned their old system (which worked wonderfully) and has replaced it with a 3rd party program. We have encountered numerous problems so far, so please be patient. Please be aware that they now require the last 4 digits of your SS #. The program will not let us proceed with a license until we put in that number. Also, until they can repair the system glitch, there may be a problem if you do not have a Hunter Safety Certificate number. Thank you.

One of our favorite customers came in today. With his permission I took his picture. He is a WWII Navy Veteran. We get to hear lots of different stories when he graces us with his presence. Today we learned that he handled confidential Morse Code in the navy. We also learned that he got his social security number at age 17 when he went with others from here to the place in Norfolk and told them he was 18 so he could work there and earn as much as 65 cents/hour! He said after two years working, he bought a car! He is 97 now, but his hair is still mostly dark under that cap! He's an amazing fellow!- with Jonathan Johnson

Today, February 1st, we are celebrating 20 years in business!!! A heartfelt thank you to all our customers over the past 20 years. It is because of you and the grace of Almighty God that we have been able to serve you for the past two decades. Sadly, we lost our father and founder, Dancy G. White, 8 years ago but know he would be pleased that we are still trying to carry on what he started. We have been blessed with such wonderful customers and pray that you continue to support us. Happy 20th Anniversary!!!
