🔧❄️ AC REPAIR – 2007 CHEVY SILVERADO 1500 ❄️

Found and repaired a Freon leak on this 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500.

🔍 Diagnosis:
The high-side A/C pressure sensor was leaking internally through the electrical connector, causing the system to lose refrigerant.

🛠️ Repair Performed:
• Recovered/drained the A/C system
• Removed the leaking high-side pressure sensor
• Installed a new pressure sensor with a new seal
• Pulled the system into a vacuum to remove air and moisture
• Verified the system held vacuum
• Recharged the A/C system with the proper amount of refrigerant and oil
• Tested the system to ensure proper operation

🔧 FUEL PUMP REPLACEMENT – 1997 TOYOTA TACOMA 🔧

This 1997 Toyota Tacoma came in with a failed fuel pump, leaving the truck unable to properly deliver fuel to the engine.

I diagnosed the fuel delivery problem, confirmed the pump had failed, and replaced the fuel pump to get the Tacoma back up and running properly.

A failing fuel pump can cause hard starting, stalling, loss of power, or a complete no-start condition. Catching the problem early can help prevent being left stranded.

🔧 POWER STEERING REPAIR – FORD EXPEDITION 🔧

This Ford Expedition came in with a power steering system that was leaking, eventually causing the power steering pump to fail.

I replaced the power steering pump and leaking power steering lines, then properly flushed the system to remove contaminated fluid and debris left behind from the failed pump.

A power steering leak shouldn’t be ignored. Running the system low on fluid can cause the pump to run dry, overheat, and eventually fail — turning a small leak into a much bigger repair.

✅ Power steering pump replacement
✅ Leaking lines replaced
✅ System properly flushed
✅ Fresh fluid added
✅ System checked for leaks and proper operation

Fix the leak before it takes out the pump. And when replacing a failed pump, make sure the system is flushed properly to help protect the new components.
