Emergency sewer repair in Hopkinton. While drilling for a new pole, the sewer service to the home was struck with the auger. We mobilized, excavated, repaired and backfilled the pipe 4 hours total from time of call to back at our yard. Clean, and efficient is the way we roll!

Sewer work before the snow! This was a sewer repair we did in Framingham before old man winter showed up! The sewer line at this house was clogged. While another company was snaking the line, the snake found the soft spot in the pipe, broke through and got tangled up on itself and broke. We removed the entire 4" service and replaced it with 6" pvc.

Unfortunately, just because we make it look easy doesn't mean they always are. This one sure reminded us of that! Cold, snowy, wet and a water service that just didn't want to play nice! After a little more digging we were able to pull the pipe and avoid digging from the curb to the house. All in all, things cleaned up decent for a mid january water line. A break in the weather and a break in the pipe. Between the brutal cold and incoming snow we were able to take advantage of a couple nice days to replace this sewer line. It started at the house with cast iron pipe, then to clay, then to green pvc, add a piece of white pvc and back to clay to tie into the clay main from the early 1900's. This service was a mess! We removed and replaced the entire thing complete with new plumbing to tie in to the existing interior pvc.

Well, thats a wrap for this season, (hopefully)! We've been waiting for a winter like this for a while! Moved a lot of snow this season for our own accounts, as a sub for other contractors and of course for the City of Framingham! Our team worked hard with daily ice checks, plowing and all sorts of removal jobs. Long days and longer nights but we worked with a great group of guys that made it enjoyable. Got called for a broken sewer line and a snake stuck in the service. Turns out the snake was stuck through the end of the dead end main. We replaced the entire service and a section of the main in order to reconnect the service to the main.

Couple sewer repairs in Framingham.

First one was a 3' grade stake stuck inside the cast iron pipe under a garage floor, causing a blockage and backup. We originally thought the pipe had collapsed from the camera footage. It wasn't until the end of the repair that we found the piece of wood stuck inside a clean out. Our plumber replaced the interior pipe under the floor. We then backfilled and cemented the floor.

The second set of pictures were from a concrete coupling to join the 4" cast iron to the 5" Asbestos Cement pipe. We replaced the cement coupling with a new 4" cleanout.
