Another 2018 Hellcat Charger on the rollers today! 🔥

This one came in with a cold air intake and Stainless Works long-tube headers. It had been tuned elsewhere and was experiencing some major drivability issues. After digging into the data among many other problems, we found the fuel trims were adding nearly 25% fuel at idle—definitely not where they should be.

We scrapped the existing calibration, started fresh with a new base tune, and dialed everything in the right way. The result? Excellent drivability, a much happier engine, and fantastic power numbers for a basically bolt-on setup.

Another Hellcat leaving the shop running stronger, smoother, and making the most of its mods. 💪

2021 Dodge Charger Hellcat Redeye in for some BIG upgrades! 🔥

We started by putting this beast on the dyno before any work was performed and quickly found it was extremely underpowered. Time to wake it up. 👊

For this build, we installed our Stage 1+ package which includes:

✅ JLT Cold Air Intake
✅ TBA 2.85 Pulley
✅ Injector Dynamics 1300cc Injectors
✅ Stainless Works Long Tube Headers w/ High Flow Cats
✅ In-house HP Tuners ECU Unlock & Custom Tune

The results were incredible — gaining over 300+ WHP at peak! 🚀

We’d also like to officially welcome our newest technician, Mike, to the team. He absolutely knocked this install out of the park, and his workmanship is truly top notch. We’re excited to have him on board!

We are beyond honored, grateful, and excited to officially welcome Mike Atkinson to the FULL SEND Motorsports team! 💥🛠️

Mike brings over 40 years of real world experience, old school craftsmanship, and true automotive passion into our shop, and having someone of his caliber join our team truly means the world to us.

After millions of miles behind the wheel of semis, nights and weekends building project vehicles on the side for locals, Mike has traded the highway and time away from his family for the shop floor with normal hours and brought with him a lifetime of knowledge, skill, and mechanical instinct that simply cannot be taught overnight.

We’re talking REAL old school automotive experience:

Thats it for this grand national, unfortunately something in the fuel system is stopping it from making more power, fuel pressure drops very quickly once you go wide open. Tuned on turbotweak stand alone ECU.

This Shelby Cobra came in on a base Holley Sniper tune with LTFTs correcting 30%+ and only 26° timing at WOT. Spent some time cleaning up the fuel and ignition tables, and now it’s crisp, responsive, and pulling hard. 🔧🐍

This 1987 Buick Grand National came in ready for more boost and more power. 💨🔥

We strapped it on the dyno after installing:
⚡ Accufab 70mm throttle body
⚡ Fresh plugs & wires
⚡ TurboTweak standalone ECU

Now Erik is getting the calibration locked in so this turbo Buick can put the power down the right way. These old G-bodies still hit hard when the combo is right. 😈

This small block Chevy powered S-10 just got a serious upgrade. 🔥

Erik built this full custom exhaust system in-house using a Stainless Works header kit along with stainless Bros pipe and mufflers. The fitment came out clean, the setup looks proper, and the sound is night-and-day better than when it rolled in.

After the headers were installed, we tossed it on the dyno and quickly found the ignition timing was set at 0° advance — which explained the poor power and rough running conditions it came in with. After getting the timing set correctly and dialing it in to 36° total advance, plus tuning the carburetor, this little S-10 woke right up.

Final numbers: 280 HP and 315 lb-ft of torque. 👌

Little 4 cylinder action in the shop today 🏎️

This single cam F22 sent a rod right though the block so its getting this motor torn out and a dual cam motor installed and pared with a Link ECU Stand Alone for future upgrades.
