🔥 2011 Cadillac CTS-V — 708 WHP! 🔥

This beautiful CTS-V is back with some major upgrades! This car originally came to us a little over a year ago after the customer replaced the failed factory LSA supercharger with a Magnuson 2650. After getting it tuned, the car made a solid 536 WHP (red graph).

But the customer wanted MORE… 😈

So we threw the BTR catalog at it! This build now features:

🔹 BTR Stage 2 PDS Torque Camshaft
🔹 BTR dual valve springs
🔹 BTR rocker arm trunnion upgrade
🔹 LS7 lifters
🔹 Melling oil pump
🔹 Kong 103mm throttle body
🔹 Stainless Works 2” long-tube headers
🔹 Mighty Mouse catch can
🔹 Injector Dynamics ID1050 injectors
🔹 DSX auxiliary fuel pump
🔹 2.70” supercharger pulley
🔹 Custom aluminum intake fabricated in-house by Erik

With the larger throttle body, Erik also had to custom-build an aluminum intake to make everything work together properly.

The customer still wanted this CTS-V to be a comfortable cruiser and not overly loud, so we kept the factory mufflers in place. Even with the factory mufflers, the new camshaft gives it a nice, choppy tone at idle while keeping the car enjoyable to drive on the street.

Finally, we added the 2.70” pulley, bringing the Magnuson 2650 up to 18 PSI of boost.

The results speak for themselves…

💥 536 WHP → 708 WHP 💥
💪 708 WHP with a FAT torque curve!

That’s a 172 WHP gain over its previous setup, and this CTS-V is now making some serious power while still maintaining its street-friendly cruising manners!

🔥 The 2011 Cadillac CTS-V is back for even more upgrades! 🔥

This CTS-V originally came to us almost a year ago after the customer installed a Magnuson 2650 supercharger and needed us to get everything properly tuned. Now it’s back, and we’re taking this setup to the next level! 💪

To really take advantage of the much larger supercharger, we’re installing a BTR Stage 2 PDS camshaft along with all the supporting BTR upgrades, including upgraded valve springs and a trunnion upgrade.

For fueling, we’re adding a DSX auxiliary fuel pump and Injector Dynamics 1050x injectors to make sure this combination has the fuel system it needs.

On the airflow side, we’re installing a new supercharger snout to accept a Nick Williams 103mm throttle body, along with Stainless Works long-tube headers to help this CTS-V breathe.

Once everything is installed, Erik will get it all dialed in and we’ll see just how much power this combination can make! We can’t wait to see the gains from this setup. 🔥💨

🔥 1972 Chevy Nova — Full Send Fix-Up! 🔥

This beautiful ’72 Chevy Nova came to us for a LOT of fixes and repairs. Unfortunately, this Nova has a ton of good parts that were installed poorly or simply not set up correctly. Our goal is to go through the car, get everything done the right way, and add some proper upgrades this Nova deserves! 💪

First up is a complete new exhaust system featuring Doug’s stainless long-tube headers and a fully custom stainless exhaust system, all fabricated and welded in-house by Erik, including a set of electric cutouts. 🔥

Meanwhile, Mike is pulling the 383 stroker motor to take care of several issues, including installing a new oil pan, replacing the rear main seal and valve cover gaskets, and properly setting the valve lash.

Once the engine is sorted out, we’ll be installing our in-house Haltech-powered throttle body injection and engine management system, giving this 383 proper fueling and ignition control for a much more reliable and properly tuned combination.

After the engine and engine management are taken care of, we’ll be turning our attention to the suspension, which definitely needs some love. Mike will be going through it and getting everything squared away and working the way it should. 🔧

It’s unfortunate that a newly purchased Nova came with this many problems, but that’s exactly why it’s here. We’re going through it one problem at a time, fixing the mistakes, upgrading what needs upgrading, and giving this ’72 the Full Send Motorsports touch! 💪🔥

🔥 This 1968 Charger R/T is one serious restomod! 🔥

This beautiful Charger has been fully restomodded and is packed with some serious hardware — a Blueprint Engines 426 HEMI, manual 5-speed transmission, and just about every bolt-on suspension upgrade you could ask for. 😍

The Charger came to us for a full custom exhaust build, and we went with Stainless Bros tubing, mufflers, and resonators. Erik got everything mocked up, fitted, and beautifully welded together, finishing it off with side-exit exhaust tips that fit the attitude of this car perfectly. 🔥

Unfortunately, when it came time to flash the Holley Terminator X ECU, the ECU decided to completely brick itself and could not be recovered. Rather than fight with the failed hardware, the customer decided to step up to newer technology.

We repinned the harness and installed a Haltech S3 ECU, giving this Charger a fresh start with modern engine management.

Once everything was wired up, Erik got to work tuning and calibrating the new ECU, and now this HEMI-powered Charger is running right and ready to hit the streets! 🏁💨

🔥 Ryan’s Corvette is DONE! 🔥

This Vette came in for some serious upgrades, and it’s leaving with the Full Send Motorsports touch!

We installed a new set of adjustable coilovers, a BTR Stage 2 6.2L cam, Corsa cold air intake, FAST LSX 102mm intake manifold and throttle body, Corsa axle-back exhaust, and a complete Stainless Works exhaust system featuring long-tube headers, high-flow cats, and an X-pipe.

Once everything was installed, Erik put it on the dyno and got this Vette all dialed in using HP Tuners. 💻🔥

The result is a Corvette with more power, better handling, and a sound to match!

Another build completed and ready to hit the streets! 💪🏁

🔥 1968 Dodge Charger R/T Restomod! 🔥

In the shop today is this beautiful restomoded 1968 Dodge Charger R/T, packing some serious modern performance! Under the hood is a Blueprint Racing Engines 6.4L HEMI backed by a 5-speed manual transmission, all controlled by a Holley Terminator ECU.

This one came to us for a complete header-back exhaust system. We’re installing resonators, mufflers, an X-pipe, and side-mounted exhaust tips using all Stainless Bros components to give this Charger the sound and performance it deserves while keeping the classic look intact.

Once Erik wraps up the exhaust, this Charger will be ready to hit the dyno for a full tune! 🔥💪

🚔 Jason’s 1989 Mustang Fox Body Police Interceptor Edition is BACK ON THE ROAD! 🐎💨

This Fox Body came to us in pretty rough shape — not running and dealing with several wiring issues. After going through the car, we found the distributor gear had broken off the shaft, meaning the distributor wasn’t spinning and the engine had no chance of running.

We got to work installing a new distributor, spark plugs, and wires, then turned our attention to the electrical side of things. We repaired the engine harness and installed a Haltech ECU with a PNP adapter, keeping the factory wiring intact with no wires cut.

Once everything was sorted out, Erik got the Mustang dialed in on the dyno, and this Vortech-powered stroker motor is making some serious power! 💪

🔥 Final numbers: 530 WHP / 525 WTQ

We actually ran out of fuel system and injector capacity, so there’s more left on the table.

Next up: new fuel system + E85. We can’t wait to see what this Fox Body does when it can finally get the fuel it needs! 🔥

🔥 Lee’s 2014 Camaro SS is getting some MAJOR upgrades! 🔥

This Camaro originally came in for what was supposed to be a fairly straightforward upgrade — a BTR Stage 3 6.2L N/A camshaft and a Circle D torque converter. But once we got the engine apart, we found a few issues that needed attention.

The cylinder heads had some damage, including leaking valve seats and valve seals, and we also discovered the catch can had been plumbed incorrectly, allowing oil to make its way into the intake manifold.

After seeing what we found, Lee decided to take the build even further and upgrade the combination for even more performance! 💪

We upgraded the car with BTR Canted cylinder heads to take full advantage of the LS3’s potential, along with Stainless Works long-tube headers to help get the exhaust flowing.

And we didn’t stop with the performance upgrades. Lee also added BC Racing coilovers and a set of new wheels, giving this Camaro the aggressive stance and appearance to match the performance underneath. 🔥

After getting the car on the dyno, we found another restriction — the factory intake manifold and throttle body are holding back what these new heads are capable of flowing.

So… we’re not done yet! 😎

Next up: a BTR intake manifold and Nick Williams 103mm throttle body to get this thing the airflow it deserves.
