Had the pleasure of working on my first boat. 1984 Johnson 40hp outboard 2 stroke. It was not running right at idle and full throttle.
Took the carbs off and cleaned them really well in the ultrasonic cleaner. It ran but was backfiring. Pulled the flywheel off and found the issue. Woodruff key had sheared in half.
Installed new key and put into ignition time and wot time. Synced the carbs and it’s running like a champ

Had a quad that wouldn’t rev all the way out. After troubleshooting I found the cam exhaust lobe had a bad spot.
Replaced the cam and put back into time and she runs like a champ

2023 can am defender hd10
Came in with overheating issues. Found the plastic oil pump and water pump gears stripped. Pulled the motor apart and rebuilt it from the ground up.

2021 Polaris ranger 1000 northstar
Came in with intake blown apart blown head gasket. Ended up doing a complete top end and timing job. Rebuilt the head Unit also twisted the mid drive shaft in half. Replaced front and mid drive shafts.
Unit had the infamous polaris misfire “ghost” code causing check engine light got ecu programmed and fixed
Up and running and headed back to the ranch

Another happy customer. This cf moto cforce 600 came in with a weird noise coming from the clutch area.
Pulled it apart and found the primary had broken and the secondary spring wore the helix down. It was bad. We ended up replacing both clutches and belt.

Had a cf moto cforce 600 come in. Had a bad noise coming from the clutch cover. Pulled it to inspect and found secondary and primary damaged.
Secondary actually was broken.
Got them ordered and should be here today.
Helix is damaged from the primary spring.
