We’d like to address the allegations that our tire prices are suspiciously low.

Yes, Goodyear, Cooper & Kelly tires are just 10% over our cost.

Yes, you read that correctly.

And yes, we’ve identified the two employees responsible.

Both declined to comment, slept through their performance reviews, and somehow walked away with a promotion.

HR says they’re excellent for company morale.

Accounting would like a word.

The investigation is closed. The prices stand.

At this point, we’re just grateful they haven’t asked for commission.

That “perfect” used car can look great, drive great for 10 minutes… and still be hiding a financial horror movie underneath.

That little “E” on your dash can get expensive. 👀

Here’s something a lot of drivers don’t realize:

On many vehicles, the electric fuel pump sits inside the gas tank, where the fuel helps keep it cool and lubricated.

Make a habit of driving around on fumes, and you can increase heat and wear on the pump, potentially shortening the life of a part that is NOT cheap to replace.

The easy habit?

⛽ Try not to let your tank regularly drop below ¼ full.

Will hitting ¼ tank once destroy your fuel pump? No.

But constantly playing “I’ve got 12 miles left, I’m fine” isn’t doing it any favors either. 😂

And if your vehicle is hard to start, hesitating, losing power, or making an unusual whining sound near the fuel tank, don’t just assume it’ll work itself out.

Let us diagnose it before you start throwing parts, and money, at the problem.

Put it on a lift.

A pre-purchase inspection can find the leaks, worn parts, hidden codes, safety issues and expensive surprises you’re not seeing in the Facebook Marketplace photos.

And if the seller has a problem with you getting an independent inspection?

RUN.

Not walk.
Not “think about it.”

RUN!

Because the worst time to find out what’s wrong with a car is right after you handed somebody the money.
