This morning was a great reminder that business is about more than just the work we do. It's about the people we meet and the relationships we build along the way.

We had the opportunity to attend the Business Exchange Breakfast at Lone Star Park with the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce, and we had a great time meeting fellow business owners and professionals, making new connections, and showing our support for the local business community.

One of the best parts for me was being able to share this experience with Aden and AJ. Getting to spend that time together, represent Pulse Roadside Services, and create a few memories along the way made the morning even more meaningful.

We're proud to be part of a community that encourages local businesses to connect, support one another, and grow together.

Here's to new connections, stronger relationships, and great things ahead for Pulse Roadside Services!

There’s always work to be done.

When a company’s work vehicle goes down, getting them back on the road means getting them back to what they do best.

We’re proud to play a small part in keeping local businesses moving, working, and rolling.

This one hits close to home. As a roadside operator, I know firsthand what it feels like to be working on the side of a busy road while traffic is flying by just a few feet away. We’re there to help someone who needs us, but at the same time, we have to constantly watch out for ourselves and our c...

We usually think about a vehicle breakdown as a vehicle problem.
But when that vehicle belongs to a business, the impact can go a lot further than the side of the road.
A few thoughts on what happens when a work vehicle stops moving, and why the cost of that downtime can be easy to overlook.

A company vehicle gets a flat tire at 9:15 in the morning. The employee pulls over, calls for help, and waits.

I published a new article on LinkedIn about something I've been thinking about lately: what happens when someone needs roadside assistance but doesn't have it included with their insurance coverage.

It's something we see in the roadside business, but it also made me think about the relationships between local businesses, insurance professionals, and the customers we all serve.

If you have a minute, I'd love for you to give it a read.

Helping customers when their needs fall outside their coverage One thing I’ve learned since getting back into the roadside assistance business is that a lot of people don’t really think about roadside assistance until they actually need it. Then the phone rings.

Meet the Pulse Roadside Services Collectors Edition.

THE FOUNDER.
AJ EDITION.

Just having a little fun with AI and seeing what happens when you turn roadside service into an action figure.

Apparently, we come with jump boxes, radios, flashlights, safety gear… and a whole lot of miles on the road. 😂

Fast. Friendly. Reliable.

If these were real, would you add one to your collection?

Aaron Nick | Owner, Pulse Roadside Services LLC

Every successful local business begins with a simple commitment: take care of people.

For me, that commitment became | Pulse Roadside Services LLC.

I didn't start this company simply to provide roadside assistance. I started it to build the kind of business people could depend on when they found themselves in an unexpected situation. Whether someone has a dead battery before work, a flat tire on the side of the highway, or accidentally locks their keys inside their vehicle, those moments can quickly become stressful. My goal has always been to replace that stress with confidence.

At Pulse Roadside Services, we believe every service call is about more than solving a roadside problem.

It's helping a family continue their trip.

It's assisting a parent trying to get their children home safely.

It's helping someone get to work or an important appointment.

It's providing peace of mind when life doesn't go as planned.

Most importantly, it's treating every customer with respect, honesty, and professionalism.

Those principles have guided this company from day one.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple:

To provide dependable roadside assistance with honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service while treating every customer like family.

What We Stand For

At Pulse Roadside Services, we believe our reputation is earned one customer at a time. That's why we focus on much more than changing tires, jump-starting batteries, or unlocking vehicles.

We strive to:

• Arrive quickly and safely.

• Communicate clearly throughout every service call.

• Treat every customer with courtesy and respect.

• Deliver every service with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Leave every customer feeling valued, respected, and taken care of.

These values have helped us build lasting relationships throughout Arlington and the surrounding communities we proudly serve.

A Local Business That Cares

When you call Pulse Roadside Services, you're not reaching a national call center or an automated dispatch center.

You're speaking with a locally owned Texas business that understands our community, our roads, and the importance of showing up when people need help the most.

We proudly serve Arlington, Grand Prairie, Irving, Hurst, Bedford, and Euless. Every service call is handled with the same care and professionalism we would want for our own family.

Looking Ahead

As our company continues to grow, our mission remains unchanged.

We aren't focused on becoming the biggest roadside assistance company.

We're committed to becoming one of the most trusted.

Every customer interaction is an opportunity to earn confidence, build lasting relationships, and demonstrate what dependable service truly means.

To every customer, business partner, and member of our community, thank you for placing your trust in Pulse Roadside Services. Your support allows us to continue doing what we love: helping people get safely back on the road.

"Roadside assistance isn't just about vehicles. It's about people. Every call is an opportunity to restore someone's day, earn their trust, and remind them that help is never far away."

Had a special passenger with me this morning.

Jacks decided he wanted to ride along and help take care of customers today. He may not know how to change a tire or jump-start a battery, but he's pretty good at boosting morale.

Hope everyone has a great day and drives safe! 🐾

BIG NEWS FROM PULSE ROADSIDE SERVICES

Over the last year, we've met hundreds of people on some of their worst days.

We've helped parents trying to get to work, grandparents stranded in parking lots, students trying to get home, and families dealing with unexpected vehicle problems.

One thing we've learned is that sometimes a bad battery is more than just a car problem. It can mean missing work, missing school, missing appointments, or simply not being able to get where you need to go.

That's why Pulse Roadside Services is launching a new community program called:

- POWERING OUR COMMUNITY -

Starting next month, we'll be giving away one FREE battery and professional installation every month to someone in our community who truly needs a helping hand.

This isn't a contest.
This isn't about who gets the most likes.
It's about helping real people facing real challenges.

Over the next few days, we'll open nominations and begin accepting stories from the community.

We may not be able to help everyone, but together we can help somebody.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Pulse Roadside Services. Because of your support, we're able to give back.

❤️ Let's keep our community moving.

**This Could Have Been Much Worse**

Today's call was a reminder of why proper wheel installation matters.

The owner of this truck and some friends had recently changed the brakes themselves. Unfortunately, the lug nuts were not properly tightened and torqued to specification.

The result?

The wheel came completely off while he was driving.

Thankfully, this happened in a residential area where speeds were low. Had this happened on the highway, the outcome could have been much more serious.

This isn't meant to criticize anyone. Plenty of people do their own vehicle maintenance. It's simply a reminder that when it comes to wheels, brakes, and suspension components, proper torque specifications matter.

A few extra minutes can prevent thousands of dollars in damage and, more importantly, help keep everyone on the road safe.

Fortunately, no damage was caused, and we were able to get him taken care of.

Stay safe out there.
