We have a shop!!!

220 Enterprises LLC has moved into the shop alongside the BP gas station located at
120 high Ave Ga***rd Mn

This in an incredible opportunity with a great location and we thank everyone who has help make a dream, a reality! There's still some details that need to be worked out and shop set up to be done before we can officially open but we are still trying to serve our great group of customers while transitioning from mobile to a shop. Unfortunately with the high costs related to the service truck that part of the business will have to be let go. I can't express how much I appreciate my customers who supported me in that venture and I wish to continue serving you at this new location as we will continue to service heavy/medium-duty trucks. Once set up is complete I will share our official opening date along with a more detailed description of the many services we can provide for the community!

It's been a crazy busy couple of weeks and although I was hoping to get the #420 car done to hit the track Saturday night unfortunately the transmission on the water truck finally had enough and needed to be changed. The problem is where do you find a transmission for an old dinosaur like this? Ya don't, we upgraded the old beast to an eaton metric fro16210c 10 speed. We had to do some modifications to get it done, the input shafts were different and just by chance we were able to find the parts we needed at a supplier to get it switched. After transmission installation, the driveshafts length needed to be addressed, since this wasn't a highway vehicle we shortened that "in house". After a shifter modification by 7:00 pm Friday night it was ready to go to work!

Had one sick puppy dog!

It came in for both NOx sensor shorts, I couldn't believe both went bad at the same time but after testing I confirmed both sensors had failed. After replacing them I performed an active regen monitor the system for any more issues. The minimum temps for this is 900, it wouldn't even get to 700. Investigating further I found multiple issue, the 7th injector that injects diesel into the exhaust was basically inoperable, the DEF dozing valve was partially plugged and with the low temps caused the DEF to crystallize in the system. I cleaned the system, replaced the pipe and the heat sock that was missing, replaced the def dozing unit, replaced the 7th injector with a new updated version, and flushed the 7th injector module, and chased down some very pesky electrical issues. Last regen I ran all the numbers, temps, pressures and percentages looked good. I did an scr burn to clean any crystallized DEF left in that system and sent this dog on its way. Driver was extremely pleased!
