This is a thanks to the folks in the Service Department. I was traveling from South Dakota, and had a concerning "trouble light" in my Ford Fiesta last Friday (2019/01/05). I called, and talked to a person in the department. Although they were very busy, they said that they could look at it right away. They determined that it was a simple "oil change needed" light, not a serious problem. They didn't change a fee. THANKS, FOLKS!!!
Absolutely the worst customer service from an American Car Company. Arlington Heights Ford of Illinois and Kenosha Ford of Wisconsin....constant lies and misdirection from both dealerships about fixing my brand new car. The Ford customer Service hotline tells me to just deal with the dealership. It’s been 2 months!!!! And am still getting the same run around! I bought a brand New 2018 GT350 Mustang off the showroom floor. After taking the car home I noticed a broken clip on an interior panel, missing screws on the front splitter, two large chips on the edge of the hood (Which the dealer tried to hide with touch up paint). The car didn’t even have 60 miles on it!!!! Why are you doing nothing to help???? I will keep posting until somebody does something!!!!
