A customer asked us this week if we ever get tired of replacing windshields.
The answer?

Not really. 😊
Because every vehicle has a story, and every customer has one too.
Some are getting ready for a road trip.
Some are heading off to college.
Some just want to check one more thing off their to-do list.
We get to meet all of them, and that's one of our favorite parts of being here.

Have you ever noticed how windshield chips always seem to show up at the worst possible time? 😅

Right before vacation.
Right before school starts.
Right before that important meeting.
We wish they were a little more considerate. 😂

Whenever they decide to appear, we'll do everything we can to make the repair or replacement as easy as possible.

One of the things we enjoy most is hearing where everyone is coming from. 😊
Some mornings it's someone from Argyle.

A little later it might be a family from Flower Mound or a neighbor from Highland Village.

It reminds us that even though we're a local shop, we get to meet people from all over the area every single week.

Almost every week someone points to a tiny chip and says, "That's probably not a big deal...right?"

The funny part is that two chips can look almost identical but need completely different solutions.

That's why we always tell people to send us a photo 📸 instead of guessing.

The other day someone walked into the shop and said, "I figured I'd better take care of this before school starts." 🎒

Honestly, we've been hearing that a lot lately.
It's funny how quickly the calendar fills up once August rolls around. Between school drop-offs, sports, and work, finding time gets a whole lot harder.

One of the coolest parts about being a local business is watching our customer family grow. 😊

A few years ago we were meeting people for the first time.
Now we're seeing familiar faces come back, meeting their parents, their kids, their coworkers, and sometimes even the neighbor who told them about us.
That's something we'll never take for granted.

We love that question because it usually means someone isn't looking for a sales pitch. They just want honest advice.

That's exactly how we try to approach every conversation.
If we think a repair makes sense, we'll tell you.

If we think replacement is the better option, we'll explain why.
