Rudd Racing Engines, LLC We are a performance CNC Machine shop for all types of engines, we have a range of builds from 4000hp

We would love to help with any project big or small that you may have as long as it’s something we do. Our main builds are big block & small block Chevys, fords and Chrysler’s. On the new side of things we do a ton of the LS engines, LT engines & Ford modular engines. Machine work wise, we just about will machine on anything as long as it will fit in our machines and we have the tooling in house t

o do the project 100% correct. At our shop we work with the customers if need be on time and money, but we will not cut corners or build and engine that we think might have an issue or cause issues down the road by going a cheaper route or cutting corners. With that being said as long as the customers understands and signs a waiver saying we aren’t responsible for something if we do go the route they wanna take, that we don’t suggest doing then we will do whatever they would like in return. Why does it take so long to assemble an engine customers always ask? Well today’s parts come like this, seats not lapping in and valves sent with a 45degree angle instead of the 50degree like the intake seats are cut for. Not gonna blast the company. But everything we get in has to be took apart and overlooked because of these small finds that cannot only ruin and engine but can cause major problems for the customers down the road. First photo is after we fixed the seat angle on the valve and the 2nd is lapping the incorrect angled valve into the 50degree seat. Never assume off the shelf parts are ready to bolt on! Always check every part!

GEN 4 5.3L GM LS block with 4.125” Darton sleeves.

Block comes with ARP main Studs, Durabond Performance Coated Cam bearings & a Durabond FKC-7B kit. We will final hone it to your Piston that’s for a 4.125” bore. Message or Call us for info. We can also half fill these blocks and send them out with CA625 ARP head stud kits if the customers want that included. To make it even better we have a main dowel program we can do on these for serious power builds!
