First ever car buying experience and it was fantastic! Troy posted about a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV that another customer had ended up passing on and even though I don't live in the state it was exactly what I was looking for so I connected with him to make the purchase. Troy had excellent communication, didn't play games, and was very knowledgeable. I was a little nervous making the purchase out of state but it went so smoothly. He made sure we were on the same page about what I needed to do before arriving to make sure pickup day went without any hiccups. Troy picked me up at the airport which was a big help as the dealership is about 1/2 hour away from the airport. Car was fully charged and ready to go. He walked me through the car and all the features. Paper work went smoothly. Troy introduced me to a great local lunch spot (Mama's!) and I was on my way back home. Troy even followed up on my drive back to make sure my trip was going as planned. Troy was awesome and made this experience a great one. Got to say, if/when I need another car in the future I'm going to heavily consider making the trip back here, thanks again!
