Located at 2020 N. Bus. Hwy. 35 we are 2.4 miles from Conn Brown Harbor, 5 miles from Cove Harbor, 3.9 miles to Hamptons Landing, and minutes away from many more. We have concrete drives and new concrete RV pads in 16x55 and 16x60. We have plenty of on-site amenities including a 30x60 pavilion with BBQ grilles, a pickleball court, huge dog park, and on-site laundry facility.

We received some MUCH NEEDED rain over the weekend! Our ponds are holding water again!!! We have more rain in the forecast Sat. - Wed. next week. We are hoping that our ponds get back to (and stay at) full capacity. Not only do they beautify our park but they provide a great habitat for our ducks, shorebirds, and assorted wildlife.

We are aware that many Winter Texans aren't migrating south until December this year. My friend Capt. David Rowsey shared a couple pics of the beauty that only be experienced if you get outside and take it all in. God blesses us with these sunrises every day. No two are the same but they are all AMAZING.

Round 2 of colder air is headed down from the northwest bringing the potential for some much needed rain! Our daytime temps next week should be in the low 80's with nightly lows dipping into the 50's late week. Absolutely beautiful weather along the Texas Coast.
