We are going to kick this can down the road one more time. Brake fluid on Harley’s has become a serious issue. Here is a 2022 Road Glide with 14,900 miles. Look at the contamination in the master cylinder. Brake fluid is hydroscopic and attracts water. Water is heavier than brake fluid. The water makes its way to the ABS unit and calipers. This causes soft spongy brakes, severe brake fade at high temps and possible loss of ABS function.
Change brake fluid and hydraulic clutch fluid every two years!

It seems like yesterday but it’s been over 10 years since I met Gregg and Damon at GMS. They do ALL of my shops machine work and dyno tuning. I have never, not one single time had a single thing go wrong with their work! Simply, the best in the business!

Paul brings us some really fun bikes to tune. His work is always on point, and this one was no exception. He's been one of our biggest supporters over the years and we're grateful to be able to collaborate with him.

2025 Street Glide CVO came from the factory with a 121”. We built it into a 135” and it is making a sh*t-Ton of power. This was a super fun build!
Big thanks to Damon at GMS (Greggs Machine Shop) for the tuning and dynamometer work. These 2023 and up bikes are VERY complex to tune without replacing the ECU. This one is tuned with a Power Vision and maintains all the factory ride modes.

The Harley “Buzz” these days is brake fluid getting contaminated and causing ABS problems. The MoCo has taken this seriously and put a Service Wrench light to remind you to change the brake fluid.
Trust me when I tell you that brake fluid is the most neglected fluid in cars, trucks and motorcycles.
Here we have a 2024 Road Glide with 10339 miles. Look at the contamination in the fluid!
The procedure to bleed / change the brake fluid requires a scan tool or laptop to complete the ABS function and reset the service wrench light.

It’s not a joke or a way for Harley to make money. This is a real thing!

Call me, go to the dealer or a trusted shop and get this done every two years.
