🚨It’s Tow Tuesday🚨
Jordan, Falls, Harris, Kerr. All four had calls this weekend. Nobody plans on breaking down over Labor Day, but that’s why we’re here. Thank you to every boater who trusted us to get them back to the dock safely. Additionally, thank you to all of the Towboat U.S. captains who made this busy Labor Day weekend so successful. Let’s finish off the summer on the water! 🛥️

TowBoatUS continues to grow across North Carolina with the opening of TowBoatUS Shearon Harris Lake, owned and operated by Capt. Thomas Cunningham.

Already serving boaters through TowBoatUS Jordan Lake, Kerr Lake, and Falls Lake, Capt. Cunningham now operates four TowBoatUS ports throughout the Triangle region, helping recreational boaters and anglers get back on the water when they need assistance most.

🚨It’s Tow Tuesday🚨
Not all jobs are created equal. Although we are an on the water towing service, we offer solutions for even the most unique and difficult situations. Thankfully this customer had boat insurance. A steep ramp, low water levels, a disconnected winch strap and a roller trailer led to this vessel becoming hard aground at the boat ramp. After coordinating with a Heavy Rescue service, we were able to get this vessel back on its trailer with zero additional damage. Shockingly, the hull was minimally damaged and the customer was on their way back home in under an hour.

Tow Tuesday is a day late this week but we just couldn’t keep this nighttime tow off our feed. This occurred on Jordan Lake, the boat started taking on water, luckily they were able to beach the boat. Unfortunately, when a friend tried to tow this boat back for them it flipped and that’s where we came in to help. We towed this boat to the dock, all passengers were unharmed. Stay safe out there and never hesitate to give us a call!
