One of the biggest concerns Mercedes owners have when scheduling service is figuring out how they're going to get through the day without their vehicle.

That's why we maintain a fleet of 12 courtesy loaner vehicles available at no charge for qualifying services. Whether you're heading to work, picking up the kids, or keeping up with a busy schedule, having reliable transportation can make the service experience much less disruptive.

For 250 years this country has been shaped by hard work, innovation, determination, and the people who continue to build something better for the next generation. Those values are woven into communities across the country and right here in Apex.

As we celebrate this historic milestone, we're grateful for the freedoms we enjoy and the opportunities we've been given.

On July 3, 1886, people in Mannheim, Germany, got their first look at something that would change transportation forever.

While Carl Benz received the patent for his Patent Motorwagen earlier that year, it was on this day that the vehicle made its first public driving demonstration. Local newspapers covered the event extensively, introducing the world to what many called a "horseless carriage."

It's hard to imagine now, but every Mercedes-Benz on the road today can trace its roots back to that moment. From a three-wheeled motorized carriage to the engineering and performance we know today, it all started with one public drive through the streets of Mannheim.

Mercedes-Benz history is filled with milestones, and this is one of the moments that truly started it all.
