🚨Scheduling Update🚨 from WaxOnOffCarDetailing services

This is something we’ve gone back and forth on for a while… but it’s time.

Moving forward, we will be requiring a 10% non-refundable deposit for all new clients to secure an appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice.

To be completely transparent — we don’t want to do this.

But over the last month alone, we’ve had multiple last-minute cancellations (day before and day of), resulting in over $1,000 in lost revenue.

And it’s not just about the money — it affects a lot more than most people realize:

• Our employees are counting on those jobs to earn a paycheck and support their families
• We’ve already purchased materials to complete your service
• That time slot was reserved — while other clients are waiting 5–6 weeks to get in
• And yes, as a small business, we’re counting on that work to help support our own family and continue growing

When a cancellation happens last minute, it impacts multiple people, not just the schedule.

⸻

💬 What this means going forward:

• A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment
• The deposit is applied to your total bill
• Deposits are non-refundable

⸻

We understand this may not be for everyone — and that’s okay.

But this allows us to prioritize clients who are serious about their appointments, respect the time we’ve set aside for them, and help us protect our team and their livelihoods.

This decision was not made lightly. We truly appreciate every single one of you who supports us and respects what goes into running this business.

Thank you for understanding.
