Honest shop, work done properly, work done ahead of time Quoted price was the outcome costStaff respectable and nice. Found this place Word of Mouth. That's the way to go these days. Thank you for the supurb experience Trail Transmission41921 Came back to this wonderful shop for my Front U-joints, yes we could have done it ourselves, but, these folks have expertise and knowhow way beyond our ability. They are as picky about parts as we, and their work is spot on. For us it would have bungled up our schedule, and time is of the essence for this week. Plus they were concerned, as they should have been, and didn't recommend further travel. They showed me the issue and I was grateful how they handled this professionally, and kindly.Thank you Ty for being so awesome and talented in fixing our vehicle..thank you Jerry for being the cool guy at the front counter able to understand people Big Hug https://bit.ly/3zBHQd9

I brought my 2009 GMC Sierra in for a transmission diagnosis. I thought my torque converter was starting to fail. Gerry had one his technicians do a full diagnosis that took about an hour. Well turns out that the transmission came back with a clean bill of health. It turns out that I may have 2 separate issues going on and they are not transmission related. Now look Gerry could have sold me a transmission rebuild or replaced the torque converter but he didn't. That to me speaks volumes He simply suggested what I should do for my next step and wished me a good day..... No charge for his diagnosis I did my homework (reviews) first before bring my truck to him and the great reviews are very accurate I just found a new shop to take my truck to Thanks Gerry https://bit.ly/3zBHQd9

This was my first time getting service at Trail Transmission. I will be going to them for any future transmission needs for sure They were honest when setting expectations on what to expect and even put in the extra effort to exceed expectations https://bit.ly/3zBHQd9

Very straight forward, kept true to their word on how much it would cost providing different costs for a rebuild vs new transfer case and offered very competitive pricing for the services provided compared to other shops. Even was able to finish a day earlier than anticipated Highly recommend and will be going back for future services on my truck https://bit.ly/3zBHQd9

My check engine light came on and I had taken my car to Ammco and they said I needed a new transmission for 3500.00. My husband found Trail Transmission and they said if we found a used one they could put it in for 1000.00. So my husband found a transmission and we dropped the car off at Trail Transmission. The transmission was going to be delivered on Monday. We dropped off my car on Friday and a couple of hours later they called and said they found some of my wires had been eaten by rodents. They fixed it and said it wasnt the transmission. I was so happy. Instead of a 2000.00 bill I paid 297.00. Thank you so much Trail Transmission and I will definitely take my vehicles to them from now on. I will also recommend Trail Transmission to everyone. https://bit.ly/3zBHQd9
