Today we finally got all of our cars caught up. We finished seven cars and got them out this week. This is all possible by my guys working hard, and me being free to work in the shop along side the guys. To that end, I have given my cell number out to everyone because I had no one to answer otherwise.
I have people calling me, texting me, emailing me, Meta'ing me, Tick Tocking me, everything but smoke signals. I always have ten things on my mind and as soon as the next call or text comes in the first one is forgotten. I'm sorry but I have ten employees and at least seven projects going on at once and my phone is getting in my way. I don't want to change my number because I still want people to send me set up videos and be able to call in emergency, but for simple updates please talk to Chad. Cool racecar videos and funny memes are excluded from this lol.
Chad has developed our new software and has incorporated all of the new jobs into it. He takes notes, he's always in one place, and he finds out what you want to know faster and with more confidence then I ever could.
Please direct all correspondence to him first, then if I need to come into the conversation, I will. While we are a ways from accepting any new builds, we will be able to take on header jobs and of course our parts department is humming along.
