Just a quick update...if you are on our schedule for today and decide to keep your appointment, we ask that you please be patient with us.

We will only have Will in the shop today trying to take care of vehicles that come in. Ryan lives quite a distance from town and with road conditions expected to deteriorate as the freezing rain continues and the wind picks up, we want him to remain safe and not have to travel to the shop.

With that being said, there is always the possibility that Will may get called out for towing, which could push scheduled appointment times back further. While road conditions aren't horrible right now, we know that can change in a matter of minutes.

We will do our very best to take care of our scheduled appointments but somedays, Mother Nature has the upper hand that we just can't beat.

If you are on the book today and want to reschedule your appointment, please give the office a call at 623-3995 after 8am and talk with Kel.

We will be keeping an eye on weather conditions, road conditions, etc. As long as we have power, we plan to be open. If something changes, we will announce it here, as well as calling our customers.

Please drive with caution today if you have to be out and about. Manually turn your lights on, slow down, leave plenty of distance between yourself and other vehicles, double check before coming off of any type of stop, move over safely for any vehicles that have lights on top, and please stay safe!!

We are open today as usual. While roads are being opened up, we understand that you may not be comfortable driving right now, and that is okay. If we need to reschedule your appointment, please call the office.

We want to send a huge THANK YOU to all of our city and county road crews for working so hard during the past few, very trying days to keep open what they could, where they could. A huge THANK YOU also goes out to all of our first responder agencies (EMS, deputies, dispatch, other tow companies, etc.)We see you, we appreciate you, and want you all to know that none of your efforts go unnoticed!!

As crews work today, please give them the space that they need to continue their clean up efforts. As predicted, this storm was definitely one for the books and we are lucky to have the workers within our county and outlying townships that we have 🙂

‼️‼️‼️ANNOUNCEMENT‼️‼️

After Will being out in the tow truck starting early this morning and experiencing first hand how terrible conditions are, we have made the decision that the shop will be CLOSED tomorrow, Monday the 16th. We will re-open as usual on Tuesday the 17th.

If weather permits and we end up down at the shop again later today, I will try to reach everybody on the appointment book. If you don't hear from me, please DO NOT try to make it to the shop tomorrow.

Conditions are expected to keep deteriorating as the wind picks up later today and the snow continues. Your safety is the most important thing and we are happy to reschedule appointments in situations like this. We also want Ryan to be safe and not have to make the drive in to the shop during cruddy conditions tomorrow morning.

Please, please, please stay home unless it is absolutely necessary to go out. All the tow companies have been very busy today and it is very dangerous for all first responder agencies/personnel, road crews, and tow operators to be out in these conditions.

Staying off the roads helps ensure that responding agencies have the room to do what they need to do during the situation at hand.

Show anybody that is out working lots of patience and grace, and in the following days if you see any of these workers out and about, thank them for working long, grueling hours coming together as a team for our community.

As always, be safe and take care of one another.

So we have all heard about the pending snow situation this weekend into Monday afternoon.

As long as we have power on Monday, the shop will be open. (If for some reason we lose power, we will announce it here).

I have taken some calls already for customers with scheduled appointments on Monday. I am advising everybody to use their own discretion. If you are scheduled for Monday and can't make it in, just give us a call on Monday or feel free to leave a message over the weekend and we can get you rescheduled.

Our main concern is your safety and we don't want anybody to push their comfort limits driving in less than favorable conditions.

Please take care of one another. Check in on your neighbors, family, and friends.

Help keep our local officers, EMS, Fire, road crews, and tow operators safe if you see them on the roads...slow down, move over, and if you can, put your hazards on to let those behind you know that something is happening ahead of you.

Stay safe and stay warm!!

Just a reminder that the shop will be closed starting tomorrow, Wednesday the 25th at 2pm. We will remain closed until Wednesday, March 4th at 8am.

24 hr towing services will still be available (715-216-3995) thanks to a really good guy with a lot of experience who is willing to provide coverage while Will is gone.
(Fun fact...this is the 1st time in 4 years that we've asked somebody to provide coverage for the trucks while Will has to be away)

Any messages that are left on the office line will be returned when Kel is at the shop.

We hope you all have a great week while we are closed and we will see you in March!!

‼️ANNOUNCEMENT TIME‼️

The shop will be closed starting at 2pm on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026. We will re-open on Wednesday, March 4th, 2026.

Will and Abby are taking some time away to go visit his parents on the East Coast (Abby doesn't know yet, so please don't mention it to her), and Ryan has family time planned during the same days. Whatever they end up doing while they are away, will be a nice reset/refresh for them.

Kel will be at the shop intermittently throughout the days we are closed down.

If you call during our closed times, our answering service message may sound a little different. Please leave a message and Kel will return calls when she pops in and out of the shop.

We do have coverage for our tow trucks while Will is away, so if you need a tow, please call 715-216-3995. (You may recognize our fill in driver as a blast from the past 😏) We promise you'll be in good hands if the need arises!

With our modified schedule for February, we don't have a lot of appointment times left that are open for scheduling. If you need something addressed before the guys leave, please call in the next few days to get on our book.

Wish the guys safe travels, with no weather delays during their time away. As always, thank you for the trust you put in us and your continued support..we appreciate each of you!
