Saved another customer THOUSANDS!
The shop down the road was saying the engine was toast. We tore it down to find sludge in the pan and pick up tube! New oil pump, pick up, and cleaned the pan. Put it back together with a new timing belt and water pump and supporting gaskets and he walked out paying less than $1000 and the car running like NEW!
