"These classy bearded guys saved me in a crisis. In the middle of a 6 hour road trip, we noticed the hood flapping around. Pulled into Russ's by pure accident. They took my car in, fixed the hood, and sent us on our way. We were back on track in 20 minutes. They wouldn't let us pay.
