This kz1000 has been seen some miles in her life. With over 47k miles on the odometer it was ready for a fresh top end. .5mm over bore pistons, valve job and head gone through, new cam chain rollers, removed the emissions items and made sure the coils are getting a proper 12volts and it’s ready to ride.

2011 Ktm Rc8r track edition. Bought it with a broken rod, ups lost the crank and piston I had from the donor motor. Rebuilt motor, and finishing some little things. Need to dial in the tune and suspension and add some graphics to it.

Not posting much, staying busy. Honda and a gorgeous guzzi went home this week. Wrapping up motor rebuild in a kz1000 next.

Sunday the crank bearings on the apex decided they had have enough fun. Rory got some time in on the Honda afterwards and got parts overnighted from . They always deliver. And tonight motor is back together and ready for round 6 this weekend with . New crank and crank bearing and seals, new ring and some pink rubber duckies on the apex ans Rory is ready to rock.

Rainy night to finish a top end on the atc70. Cb550 is getting close, bmw is up next and waiting on few parts for the super duke.

Cranking them out. Fzr1000 needing some love, speed triple for fork service, and Cabo scooter needing some work to get running again. Glad Murphy is helping ha.

The plan for 2025, was to try out 2 wheels for some hare scrambles. But after the Iatvhss awards banquet, Rory wanted to try out 70’s. We found a good apex 70 to build in Tennessee and made a weekend to snag some waffle house and bring it back. Blew it apart for disco purple and black powder coat and to go through everything. Hit a snag when it turned out to be a 90 instead of a 70 so had to build a 2fast 70 out of spare cases I had and some other parts. Missed the first round due to this but got it ready for ft dodge. She was able to out 2.5 hrs on it previously and was looking very comfortable on it. She was as second to the first corner and was looking great. She was running second and 30 mins in the new belt I out in decided to gr***de and that was the end of the race. She ended up forth still. Excited for this season. So proud of her. Thank you to Gary and his crew at G-force, they are lifesavers and appreciate the sponsorship. Spider graphixs killed it with the graphics. Also thank you to our vp race fuel sponsor Scott & Kristen Bert! Also wanted to say thank you to the crew, they do such an amazing job with the kids classes and running a great series.
