So we have made a decision here at Troxell's Auto Repair LLC in regards to rebates, that we haven't made lightly. We have tried to talk to corporate companies like Napa, Cooper, Hankook, and more. The problem has exploded in the last three months and there is not a very good outlook.
So going forward, Sam will no longer be submitting rebates on your behalf. If they are available she will let you know about them, but she takes no responsibility for them other than letting you know about them. It will be your responsibility to submit them and deal with any kickbacks, further contact needed or resubmissions needed.
We will work with our suppliers to try and get out the door sales instead of these rebates. The reason being that for the last three months we have not gotten a rebate to go through without being kicked back for this problem or that problem, and as a business if we are submitting the right paperwork which we are, there should not be a problem in the first place. We simply don't have the time for it to be a problem when it shouldn't be one.
The reason the companies are giving me is they have problems with fraud and they are trying to stop it. My answer is to ban the culprits and not punish me and my customers, but that fell on deaf ears. So it seems like right now the only thing we have accomplished is to put Sam's blood pressure up with these rebates, and since we need her for everything office the rebates need to be taken off her plate.

We interrupt Deer Hunting Season for a very special reason. My birthday! I am at the age where i totally forget how old I am, I just know I was born in 1987. Somedays its 35 somedays it's 38 and other days its 45. It's a totally old photo, but who has time for that anyway!
