Another great review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐..."Well, they did it! They did the right thing and not many businesses can say that. I gave them a one star review a few days ago but today, spending time with a new car manager gave me a whole new thought process in my review of Piedmont Honda of Anderson. Today they worked with us extensively in trying to come to an agreeable conclusion to a very difficult problem. We did reach an agreement on getting rid of the old car and getting into a new one as a replacement. They lost money on this deal, and as a consumer, that is the way it should be. The consumer should not lose money because of a bad product. Don't get me wrong...I love Hondas but as with anything, a bad one ended up in our garage. It is no longer there and we have only Piedmont Honda to thank for that. So, if looking for a new or a used car, you won't be disappointed in working with Piedmont Honda of Anderson. In doing business with them, you would be doing yourself a favor!"

Another great review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐..."The Piedmont Honda Service Department was the best I have ever experienced anywhere..ever in my life! Steve B. went above and beyond helping me so much so that I brought my second vehicle in for maintenance the very next day. The video they sent me of a mechanic inspecting everything on my car and truck was fantastic! Honda Service even gave me a ride home AND picked me back up when my car was ready! THAT is amazing! All auto repair businesses in Anderson could learn alot from Piedmont Honda Service! Great experience. THANK YOU."
